Thank you very much for your continuously supports to KGuard Security. With your kindly supports, KGuard Security grew up rapidly since 2003. In the past, KGuard Security reached several milestones and records and, the most significant one as you may know, became a subsidiary company of KWorld Group, a well-known high-tech company in Taiwan, in 2007. Under the resources and assistance of KWorld Group,KGuard can provide worldwide customers with better supports and service.
After this affiliation, here we would like to announce two policies to customers.
Firstly, since KGuard and KWorld products selling quantity are getting higher, we KWorld Group has decided to move the whole group products manufacturing lines,including KGuard, to China and products will be shipped to overseas markets from Hong Kong or China directly. We believe this is the most efficient way to provide customers with better service and supports. However, our core value, the software and hardware design and develop engineer teams, will still stay in Taiwan head quarter as usual so that we can always offer state-of-the-art products to customers.
Based on this new policy from KWorld Group, KGuard has started to set up the QC team in group factory in China. The professional managing level staffs from Taiwan head quarter have been allocated there to perform strictly producing and quality control management. From December 15, 2009 on, almost all orders from worldwide customers will be shipped to customer via Hong Kong or China directly. This leads us to a new milestone because mass production and shipping can be enhanced more efficiently and higher quality will be guaranteed.
Secondly, it is always our plan to move to IP surveillance solution products and we would like to devote more of our resources on this than ever, so it is decided that KGuard Security will be renamed as KGuard Information since December 15, 2009. Officially KGuard Information will be the existing company and all documentation to customers will be notarized as KGuard Information. Since KGuard Security has gained2 www.kguardsecurity.com brand name and reputation, we will still keep KGuard Security trademark and copyright in CCTV security market too so that customer may not be confused.
